Your semester starts with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Welcome and Mentoring Program.

Congratulations and welcome to the University of Sydney!

The Welcome and Mentoring Program will prepare you for your studies as an undergraduate domestic student in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. 

Your Welcome and Mentoring Program starts on Monday 17 February (Welcome Day), where you’ll:

• Be connected with a senior Student Mentor in your area of study
• Gain knowledge about your field of study (including all the important info about your degree) and the opportunities available to you as a student in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
• Enjoy a delicious catered lunch and university campus tour
• Make new friends before classes begin!

Your Student Mentor will continue to support you throughout your first eight weeks of university, sharing their experiences as a first-year student with you and answering any questions you have about university life.

Registration for this event is essential.
