New to Australia? So many questions? Feeling unsure on how to approach lecturers and students, how to get a job, and how to make new friends?

Join our International Student Workshop, where you will gain practical tools and build confidence to succeed in the classroom, workplace and in your social life.  

This is your opportunity to:

  • Learn what lecturers expect of you at uni
  • Receive tips from senior students on studying, classroom participation and improving English
  • Meet your Academic Advisors and ask them questions
  • Get a better understanding on how to develop your career early on
  • Find opportunities through volunteering, leadership and extra activities
  • Maximise your employability and build your networks
  • Make friends with other students at university
  • And more!

This workshop is for international students from the Faculty of Art and Social Sciences, both undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students.
