1st and 4th years Con mentoring project

The Con's unique mentoring project for 1st and 4th year students

This is a meet-up for fourth years and first years to meet up and participate in a mentoring project.  This project has value for fourth year (and post-grad) students, who will receive faculty mentoring, and also for 1st years, who will receive mentoring from their 4th year counterparts, making the transition to Con life easier.

Fourth years provide feedback and guidance for first year's in their Con journey, negotiating the building, stress, performance anxiety and the specifics of the fabulous life and unique community that exists at the Con.
