Starting life in a new city can be challenging, but exciting too!
Come along and learn how to find the information you need to answer your questions. We’ll show you how to use Google and Google Maps to find information about public transport around Sydney, information related to your studies and everyday life such as banking, accommodation and employment. We’ll show you how to verify the information you find online and how to ensure what you are reading is credible. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us your questions.
This event is part of the University Libraries Discover series; a series of events to help you kick start your university experience and get those most out of your studies, uni life and the Library. You can come along to them all or just those which interest you!
Please note that due to the space limitation, seats will be based on first come first serve.
